Oregon Women’s Basketball

Kicking off our campaign for Oregon Women’s Basketball we wanted to highlight the first season with fans back since the start of the pandemic. Our mural hangs on the side of the flagship Duck Store, directly off the main street of campus and right next to one of the most popular bars in the city.

As you walk through campus we wanted to engage people in their everyday routine. We launched coffee sleeves and drink coasters across all campus coffee shops, as well as three off-campus restaurants in the surrounding location.

The Erb Memorial Union (EMU) sits in the middle of campus, with an average of 30,000 people walking through it every day it was clear we needed to utilize this space to drive students and the greater community alike to support Oregon Women’s Basketball.

To give fans a way to commemorate the first season back, we created five unique player posters to hand out at multiple games throughout the season. In addition, we had one without any players for fans who couldn’t choose a favorite. We also had black and white posters printed and handed out at a table where kids and their parents could color their own design before heading to their seats.

To expand the reach of the campaign to a larger audience, we ran a T.V commercial throughout Oregon as well as a radio spot commentated by Oregon Women’s Basketball player and TikTok star, Sedona Prince.

Emphasizing the height and wingspan of the players, we created a reusable canvas that allowed fans the opportunity to compare their wingspan with the players they often don’t get to stand next too. A hit with all age groups.
